A simple guide to help you feel prepared and comfortable.

How do you photograph pets who don’t sit still?

Most pets don’t stay still — and that’s perfectly okay. I work with movement, play, and gentle guidance to capture natural expressions.

Can you photograph shy or anxious pets?

Yes. I use a calm, patient approach and give your pet plenty of time to warm up. No pressure, ever.

What if my dog is hyper or doesn’t listen?

That’s normal! I expect wiggly bodies and short attention spans. I adjust to their energy and work safely and creatively around it.

Do you photograph pets and their people together?

Absolutely. The bond you share is the heart of my work. You’re welcome in as many photos as you’d like.

Can you photograph multiple pets?

Yes. Whether you have two pets or a whole furry family, we’ll keep things relaxed and organized so everyone is comfortable.

What should I bring to the session?

A few helpful items:
• Favorite treats
• A toy your pet enjoys
• Water
• A brush (optional)
I bring treats, squeakers, and attention-getting tools as well.

Where do sessions take place?

You can choose:
• A peaceful outdoor location
• Your home
• A favorite walking spot
I’ll help you select a spot with beautiful light and a relaxed atmosphere.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We simply reschedule with no fee. Cloudy days are lovely, but rain, harsh heat, or unsafe weather means we pick a new date.

How long does a session last?

Most sessions take 45–90 minutes, depending on your pet’s mood and the collection you choose.

Do you offer sessions for senior pets?

Yes — and they are among my most meaningful. I move slowly, follow their pace, and focus on gentle, heartfelt moments.

Do you offer puppy sessions or first-year packages?

Yes. Puppy packages include milestone sessions to capture their first year as they grow and change.

Does my dog need to be off-leash?

Not at all. Leashes keep pets safe. I can remove them during editing for clean, polished images.

Can I be in some of the photos?

Absolutely. These sessions celebrate your bond, and you’re welcome to join anytime.
